Terms of Service
Last updated: 24 October 2026
Welcome to iSchool Nigeria. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of our website and lessons. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean iSchool Nigeria. By creating an account or using iSchool Nigeria, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. What we offer
iSchool Nigeria provides lesson notes, activities and quizzes for primary school pupils, arranged by class, term and week. Some lessons are free to preview. Full access to other lessons requires a paid subscription.
2. Who can use iSchool Nigeria
- Accounts must be created by a parent, guardian, teacher or school who is at least 18 years old.
- Children may use iSchool Nigeria under the supervision of the adult who holds the account.
- You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your password safe. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.
3. Accounts
You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date. One subscription is for use by the one child or ward stated in the plan. You may not share, sell or resell your login.
4. Subscriptions and payment
- Prices are shown in Nigerian naira (₦) on our pricing page before you pay.
- Payments are processed securely by Paystack. We do not see or store your full card details.
- Your subscription gives access for one school term.
- Subscriptions do not renew automatically. At the end of each term, you choose whether to pay for the next term.
- We may change our prices. Any change will not affect a period you have already paid for, and we will tell you before a new price applies to you.
5. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
6. Using our content
- All lessons, quizzes, text and images on iSchool Nigeria belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright.
- You may view and print lessons for the personal, non-commercial learning of the pupils covered by your subscription.
- You may not copy, publish, sell, share publicly or upload our content to other websites, apps or groups without our written permission.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or these Terms while using iSchool Nigeria;
- try to get into parts of the site or other accounts you are not allowed to access;
- copy content in bulk, or use bots or scrapers on the site;
- upload anything harmful, such as viruses, or interfere with how the site works.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
8. Our lessons
We work hard to make our lessons accurate and in line with the national curriculum. Even so, they are a learning aid and do not replace a child's school or teacher. We may update, improve or reorganise lessons at any time.
9. Availability
We aim to keep iSchool Nigeria available at all times, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control, such as internet or power problems. We are not responsible for losses caused by such interruptions.
10. Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of iSchool Nigeria. Our total liability to you will not be more than the amount you paid us in the 1 month before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under Nigerian consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
11. Ending your account
You may stop using iSchool Nigeria and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If we make important changes, we will tell you by email or on the site.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
